Dr David Johnson

Dr. David Johnson holds a MD, Cuba(1995), MPH, Mexico( 2004) and MBA, UWI(2013). Dr Johnson is bilingual (English and Spanish).

He served as Chief Medical Officer(CMO) of Dominica from July 2005 to October 2022. He is  the proprietor of TDJ Consultancy Services.

Dr Johnson is highly skilled in public health policies, global health diplomacy and security, and vast experience in accreditation of medical education programmes.

Dr Johnson served as member of Board of Directors of:  The Caribbean Accreditation Authority for Education in Medicine for Health Professionals, the Caribbean Public Health Agency  (CARPHA and member of the  Expert Panel of Climate Change of CARPHA.

Throughout his career Dr Johnson has been  championing Climate Change and health at national, regional, and international fora among CMOs, COHSOD and PAHO Directing Council meetings

He is married to his dear wife Davilia is the father of two(2) children, Nerkisha and Fabian
